NAMA announces the resignation of the CEO and the appointment of a substitute.

NAMA Chemicals announces that the Board of Directors has issued a decision pursuant to which it has accepted the resignation of Chief Executive Engr. Abdulrahman A. Al-Hammad and appointed Engr. Fahad Rashid Mohammed AlOtaibi as CEO of the company.  Both the resignation of current CEO and the appointment of the new CEO shall be effective as of the first of January 2012.

The Engr. Fahad Rashid AlOtaibi is a qualified Saudi national and will add real value to the company in view of to its capabilities. Eng. Al-Otaibi has more than 27 years of experience in the chemicals and petrochemicals sectors during which he held several executive positions in leading companies in the Kingdom. Eng. Al-Otaibi has been elected as number six in a recent vote conducted by Arabian business for selection of the best CEO in the gulf region in 2010.
 
NAMA would like to take this opportunity to thank Engr. Al-Hammad for his service to the company and to welcome the Engr. AlOtaibi and wishes him every success in his new position.
