NAMA CHEMICALS PUBLISHING THE CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE PERIOD ENDED IN 30-6-2011

1 - Net profit for the 2nd  quarter of year 2011 reached amount SR 16.8 Million against net Profit amount SR 10.6 Millions for the similar 2nd  quarter of the  last Year, with 58% higher percentage. And against net loss SR.(4.3) for the last quarter.

2 - Gross profit for the 2nd  quarter of year 2011 reached amount SR 47 Million against gross profit amount SR 35.8 Million, with (31%) higher percentage.

3 - Operation profit for the 1st quarter of  year 2011 amount SR 22.4 Million against operation profit amount SR 19 Million for the similar last year., with (18%) higher percentage.

4 - Net profit for the six months reached amount SR 12.5 Million against net Profit amount SR 12.6 Millions for the similar period  last Year, with 1% lower percentage.

5 - Profit per share for the 2nd quarter of year 2011 reached SR 0.10 against profit per share SR 0.10 for the  similar quarter last year.

6 - Gross profit for the six months reached amount SR 57.9 Million against gross Profit amount SR 51.1 Millions for the similar period  last Year, with 13% higher percentage.

7- Operation profit for the six months reached amount SR 12.7 Million against gross Profit amount SR 22.2 Millions for the similar period  last Year, with 43% lower percentage.

8 - The reason of profit rising for the 2nd quarter of 2011 against last similar quarter of 2010 results that improving in sales in term of volume and value.
