NAMA Chemicals and its affiliates are fully committed to safety in the work place. We have established procedures not only to protect our employees in the work place but also to preserve the environment surrounding our premises.
We work closely with the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu and Jubail Area Mutual Aid Association ("JAMA'A") to meet our moral commitment towards a clean, safe, and healthy work place.
The company promotes a strong sense of safety awareness among its employees. Safety is always a factor in the design and construction of new facilities. We developed operating procedures and train our workers to ensure employees understand the hazard of the work environment and that they can operate the process plants in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
We take pride in educating our employees in safety issues by providing safety trainings, safety posters and personal instructions on safety issues so that our workforce are fully aware of the hazard in the work place and how to cope with them. For example, fire-fighting equipments are located throughout our plant to ensure prompt and effective response in case of fire. And our operators are trained to use and operate the safety equipment via demonstration and practice drills.
Our operating procedures are designed to keep all our employees informed and to ensure that our equipments are properly maintained on a regular schedule.
The company is proud of its continuous effort to implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment which put "Safety First" for all.
